What is Equipt?
Launched in 2023, Equipt's mission and belief is simple: By providing Christ-centered community for wives of Coaches and Trainers where they can be authentic and transparent, and leave with their hearts encouraged, we believe that coaching families will be strengthened.
Why It Matters
We believe that coaching is a ministry that God calls both the Coach and their families to. The influence that a coaching family can have in the life of a student athlete, on a campus, within a community etc goes beyond words. But it isn't easy.
And honestly, wives need to be able to trade their cheerleading uniform in sometimes for some stretchy pants and real talk! A "no fluff zone" where they can open their hearts about the equally beautiful and super messy parts of being a coaching family...with people that actually get it. This is the heart of Equipt: for wives to be seen, heard and cared for. To be reminded that what they're doing matters and that they are so very loved.

Community
Equipt offers a place of compassion and connection with women that walk similar paths.
Marriage
Equipt provides an environment that supports marriage, gets real and offers practical tips on how to navigate the ups & downs within the dynamic of being a coaching family.
Faith
Through shared time together and sessions provided, Equipt encourages hearts with the truth, speaking directly to each woman's identity in Christ and His love for her.

Registration Options
Overnight Retreat
Arrive Friday evening and enjoy an overnight stay at the Hunt Retreat Center. This option includes all of Equipt's offerings for the weekend, including Friday evening's dinner, social & entertainment.
*Hunt Retreat offers bunk rooms only. Roommate requests may be submitted at the time of registration and we will do our best to accommodate them, though room assignments cannot be guaranteed.
Day Pass
Arrive Saturday morning at the beautiful and relaxing Hunt Retreat Center and enjoy all of Equipt's offerings for Saturday. This option includes a light breakfast, lunch and each retreat session.
